Police investigate discharge of gun in Frederick

FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- An investigation is underway after two cars were found in Frederick that had both been damaged by bullet strikes, Frederick police said.

Police responded to the 500 block of Carrollton Drive around 1:32 a.m. Monday for the report of a gun that had been discharged. When they got to the scene they found a car that had been hit by several bullets.

Another car was found close by that had also been damaged by bullet strikes, police said. As of right now police say the suspects are described as four or five men, all wearing black and wearing black ski masks.
