FREDERICK, Md. (WUSA9) -- A man who burglarized a Frederick City home twice in one week in January was arrested, police said.
Frederick Police responded to a home located in the first block of Franklin Street, in Frederick City on January 24, for the report of a burglary.
Police learned that the home had been broken into during the daytime when the victim was not home. Several items were stolen from the home. The same home had been broken into twice in one week, according to authorities.
Dean Alan Stone, Jr. 25, of Frederick, was arrested in connection with the burglary. Stone is being charged with two counts of first degree burglary, two counts of third degree burglary and four counts of fourth degree burglary. He was also charged with three counts of theft less than $1000.
